Yup! It's an official SRAM part
It may not be as nice quality as the versions by Wheel Manufacturing or NorthShore Billet, but it's an official SRAM part (same that came stock from Yeti and Specialized) at almost 1/3rd the price. It also plays flawless with my Shimano 12sp derailleurs.

Is exactly what is advertised, a SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger in SRAM Packaging
In reading the reviews there are two misconceptions about this part:1) It is made of plastic- It is not made of plastic, it is aluminum with a plastic sleeve overlay where the hanger touches the frame. There is a reason for this, and why SRAM calls for a dry fit (no grease, except for threads), which is to eliminate creaking.2) It is universal to every bike- It is not. SRAM came up with a universal derailleur hanger standard which is available for use by any manufacture. More and more manufactures are going to this hangar, as 1) it works well, and 2) it requires keeping fewer parts for different models. If your bike comes with a UDH hangar from the factory, this is your hangar. If it does not, you need to research and find out which of the hundreds of different hangars is the correct one for your bike.

SRAM OEM Part
Works perfectly comes in SRAM packaging. I've been through about 4 of these since I've had UDH bikes. They used to be almost half the price they are now but what can you do. They are indeed metal, they have a rubberized plastic coating on them to prevent creaking and also helps protect the frame when the UDH moves if your derailleur is hit.Don't bother trying to straighten your hangers, just replace them and save yourself the headache.

SRAM label covered with sticker, but seems original
I received a product labeled "world bicycle relief" so it didn't look original, but I checked against an original spare I have and it's just that the SRAM label was covered with a white sticker.

Fast shipping with an average price.
I normally like to support my LBS but this company shipped fast than they could get it. I will be purchasing a couple more just in case.
