Worth of an investment
This product is really worth investment as it does its job very well. I do not have bigger UPS in my home so during power cuts this mini UPS saves Wi-Fi router not to go off. So far I had an opportunity to see its battery back up longevity only for 2 hours as power cut lasted only that much. However, I assume, as I'm using tp-link router which needs 9V input, this mini UPS can give minimum upto 3.5 hours. In essence, I really liked this product and highly recommend for others.

Warranty claimed review
I purchased the Okater Mini UPS and after about 8 months of use, it stopped working. However, I contacted Okater’s customer service and claimed the warranty. The team was very responsive and replaced the faulty unit with a new one. Now, the new UPS is working perfectly fine.I’m happy with the customer service and the quick resolution of my issue. It’s good to know that the company stands by their products.

Cost effective product
The product is good considering others in the market. For 2 years it gave a good back up of upto 3-4 hours but after 2 years now it barely gives 15 minutes backup. Since the warranty is over nothing can be done other than accepting the product has lived it's course. It's same with every product like this so don't really have any complaints 2 years at this price is still a good deal.

There are very few companies where the service is top notch and flawless.This product and company is one of those. Amazing performance. I used this product for 4 years and when I faced issue as the batteries got weak, they gave discount per the buyback.Amazing guys! Recycle, upcycle and helping the consumers

VFM product along with great after sale support.
Its been 10mnths since i bought the product. It work as advertised. When power outage is there the modem is not affected. There is 0 delay in switching. Backyp varies grately based on the modem, amount Devices connected and amount of usage. But mostly as per brand claims with give or take 1hr~. Recently i faced a small power issue in the ups and the warranty claim was smooth. They have created an replacement order the same day. Overall Highly recommend for those who just want uninterrupted data for work when there is small power outages . This was my experience and im dropping this review to express my views only.😎

Budget friendly but not long lasting
I purchased it last year, it worked as expected nothing fancy. The only thing is it lasted only 1 year, which is slightly disappointing. I had purchased another brand little bit costly but it lasted for 3+ years, so it proved more cost effective than this product. Go for Okter, if you have limited budget and want to reliable product.
