Works great for chocolate making and even using as skin moisturizer! Would buy again. It’s good quality, and since it’s a healthy fat it can easily replace any oils in cooking or baking recipes. Looks like mineral oil so I was worried. Turns out to have a very nice mild flavor and aroma - sprinkled on popcorn (no high heat required unlike butter) and that worked out quite tasty, Imo good for salads, coffee and lower temperature frying. May also work well for skin care. Would highly recommend and plan on reordering in the future.
