Initially, this leaked at the connection with the hose. I replaced the O ring with the same results. I reached out to the seller and they were helpful in replacing the hose. The second unit works great. I've used it extensively since reseeding my yard. The various spray patterns have come in handy. It is easy to turn on and off and has worked like a champ.

My husband recently purchased this, because ours was no longer working. He can't believe how far it sprays and the nozzle is so easy to adjust. It is made from metal, and feels solid when using it. Lightweight and he has been telling his friends about it - Makes me laugh. It is a great value for what you get.

I had purchased this item back in November 2024 when it was on sale. It sat indoors until March 25, 2025. I then used it to wash my truck. It worked great! It had very good pressure and there were no leaks. The only negative I could give it is that the lever that controls the on and off could be a bit longer. Thus the 4 stars.After using it for about 15 minutes it all of a sudden wouldn't turn off. I then got on the vendor's website and sent an email explaining my situation and that it was long past the return date through Amazon. I was asked to send a picture or video of the item. I sent a video showing that it was malfunctioning. The vendor received my video and replied "Of course we can send you a replacement. Please offer us a shipping address". I did and 3 days later I had a brand new replacement that so far works perfect. Customer service gets 5 stars for quick service. I definitely would purchase from this company again.

Great quality, built well, and no leak!

I purchased this product and the nozzle's tip became misaligned with the body and water sprayed out all over the place including on me. I exceeded the time to return to Amazon and had no choice but to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer contacted me back and asked for a photograph which I sent them and I never heard another word hence the reason for the poor product review. I would steer clear of their products. Can't blame Amazon for this.Edit 2/11/25 I heard back from customer service, they said they had issues with their email hence the delay, I understand, that stuff happens. I changed the review from a 1 to a 3 because they sent a new nozzle in about 1 week so I was very pleased. Their customer service is therefore very good, but it's only a 3 because the nozzle shouldn't have malfunctioned so quickly.

I purchased these hose nozzles last spring and again this spring, they are very durable and they work well. Much better than any you could purchase from the orange or blue box stores. The only problem is that the piston that controls the flow of water only lasts one season. I purchased new ones this year, I will attempt to repair the ones from last season that currently won’t stop flow of water. Is $25 too much to pay for a high quality hose nozzle that lasts 1 year? You decide but I bought 2 more this year….
