Works W UPS thermal label roll
The media could not be loaded. If you are using the super large roll from UPS, then this is your best friend to set up your thermal label roll. The large roll fits perfectly and allows our rollo printer works smoothly.

Okay, but not for UPS labels
Nothing wrong with the product, but it isn't great for UPS labels as other reviewers have stated, which is why I bought it. The guides are useless because the diameter of the inner roll is too large. I don't know for sure yet, but when I put a new roll on, it probably isn't going to fit either. Just FYI for people using those labels!
