09/23/2020: First off, as of right now, I'm super happy with the rolling bed cover. I've installed it on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator JT Rubicon, and time will tell once I'm done with the honeymoon phase of my purchase and installation triumph.Installation: NOT as easy as I hoped for a few reasons. First, during shipment, as others have mentioned, the long and thin weather stripping that is applied to the side frames, and these were basically stretched and pulled, partially ripped from movement in the box during shipping. I had to use my imagination where the original placement was and put it back on the frame. Second, the drawings of the additional block of weather stripping to be placed towards the top-front of the bed corners in the instruction manual are really terrible. Wasn't sure what the whole point of those blocks were until the rolling cover was on, and will eventually have to likely add more because what's included still isn't enough weather protection. Color photos of the installation steps vs schematic drawings would make this so much clearer.Shipping: As mentioned above, weather stripping really needs to be applied by customer, and it needs to be thicker strips. So Rugged Ridge team, please consider changing this strategy. Put some instructional tape where the stripping is supposed to go.Security: Okay, so I bought this cover with the hopes of adding some additional protection from prying eyes, and thieves looking for a quick and easy score. I feel like it does a decent job of that, however, I am VERY concerned with what appears to be a weak spot for thieves to attack this cover. While closed and latched, right at the center back edge of the cover directly above the truck bed door handle. It has quite a bit of "flex", so you can easily lift the cover, and the frame bends up. I'm thinking it would be a simple task of muscle to just continue pushing up to break or slip past the latching mechanism. Haven't done it because I just bought it and don't want to break it, but that's what I'm worried about at the moment. I still might lock up expensive items with cable locks under the cover. This should be addressed with heavier duty cross bar material, and a more secure latching mechanism to prevent tampering.What I love:- Soft top look. Really looks clean.- Easy to open and close. Rolling mechanism is awesome, and the latch release is simple, though sometimes finding the cable to pull is challenging. Maybe a more robust hook and loop attached handle.

Fit my ‘21 Jeep Gladiator bed perfectly. Installation instructions were very easy to follow. Installed it myself in 1 hour from unboxing to completion and cleanup.Had it for about 3 weeks now. Fits as advertised and I like it doesn’t extend to the edges of the bed trim like the Mopar and other covers. Still water tight. Has been outside parked at work with plenty of rain and even through touch car washes without issue. Unlike other options, this will also work with future chase rails for the bed if I want to add later. I do not have the bed rail/track system in my bed but this came with parts for both options and I was able to save the other parts of I ever add that feature.Other options around similar price points or just a little less, but this allowed me everything I wanted for now and future fits.

One of the rails was damaged. Looks to me like it happened at the factory. its rusty and none of the packaging was damaged. I think someone boxed it up this way. The rest of the cover is in good shape and went on easy. I would have gave it 4 starts if it wasn't damaged at the factory and boxed up for sale. Poor quality control.

Th I s g hv as only just been installed, but seems to be exactly what I thought it would be, and what I wanted. That is a sturdy bed cover that protects items from the weather, and discourages theft. However, it came with a downside. That is the worst installation directions ever. The directions are unnecessarily brief, poorly written, and in some areas- incomplete. For example, the cover has a very well designed, and easy to install, secure method of attaching the cover at the front of the truck bed. There is not one mention of this system, or even securing the cover in the instructions. Better instructions, and an instructional video would make the install a breeze. It is not difficult, it just requires slightly better explanation.

Bought 4 years ago and writing review. Held up over 4 years in nasty, nasty conditions. Had up to 12” of snow on back 2-3” ice blocks. After 4 years showing some small tears but still holds snow and keeps stuff relatively dry. I do use storage bins to carry things tbh. I think it would get wet otherwise. It’s tough for a cloth tonneau.

These are the best tonneau covers for Trucks and the Jeep Gladiator. I no longer have to remove the foldable cover each time I load things up. It rolls up nicely into a small form that doesn't take up space. I can stack things on top of it and it keeps things secure. Recommend for anyone looking for a cover. I just wished the amazon algorithm didn't hide these covers like they do. I had to try all kinds of searches for this to pop-up.

The first time I ordered the product there were several bent pieces and I was unable to get the cover to attach to my truck. However, the cover itself seemed very sturdy and I was excited to get it installed. Therefore, I ordered a replacement in hopes that it would be straight. When I received the product it attached very easily, looked great, and had no bent parts. However, the plastic pieces that hold the support bars for the cover were broken off and could not be fixed. The support bars just kind of hung down into the bed. While the product looks fantastic the workmanship seems to be very poor, especially for the price point. I might give it one more try, but will probably take my business elsewhere.Edit: Gave it a third try but noticed that water seeps in between the hard trifold cover and the sides. Will be returning for a third time and can’t recommend this product to anyone.
