Salutations,I'm here to inform you that if you were wondering if this product worked-it does. It took about a week to see results, but when it processed, it did it's job. Some tips though: If you're using this without applying decent meals, or exercise, you might run into problems (it'll take longer to go into effect).That said, I recommend doing (at minimum); after a meal of course, a session of 30 reverse navy pushups, 30 regular navy pushups, 2mins of planking (hold pushup position but don't got down; as well, flex abs and hold position/flex), 60 squats. Do stretches before each session to ensure better bloodflow (YouTube stretch techniques). Massage chest and arms afterwards and drink plenty of CLEAN water during sessions.Conclusion, this is what it says it is, but you must be willing to meet it with the same energy.
