I ordered this for my Mom whose back was in so pain she couldn’t stand, sit or sleep. I got this for her after she said it’s been God send. It really helps her when her back is starting to hurt again!

This is the third back massager I've purchased in the last 6 months. The first was too short and only had 5 vibration motors; it didn't really reach my shoulders. The second was a shiatsu roller which was too intense even at the low setting due to my lumbar disk issues. I'd have to arch my back when it started at my lower back. This third one is long enough to help my shoulders and neck when I lean back. As a vibration massager, it isn't as intense as the shiatsu massager but seems plenty vigorous at the highest setting, more so than the first unit. It also has 10 vibration units so it gets much more coverage. The expanded memory foam at the neck and lower back areas really helps me get relief. Third time is the charm!I ordered this Snailax back and shoulder massager yesterday and it was delivered before sunrise this morning. Thank you, Amazon!I have just finished moving into a new house and as a senior, the quick delivery came just in time. After the seemingly endless boxes and cleaning, painting and yardwork; the quick delivery was a godsend. This first 30 minute relaxation break has relieved my back and shoulder aches better than ibuprophen. I'm just about ready to go again!I'm glad I persisted in getting the right Snailax chair pad, not too short, just right. Thank you.

As in writing this I'm actual using the massager. This my 3rd one from the same company and so far I have no complaints. The remote has 2 settings for heat ( lower Back and thighs ) instead of one for the whole device and it massages your neck as well which the older models didnt do. There are no timer settings so it shuts off after 30 minutes. The vibrations go up and down in intensity rather than just steady vibrations. No shiatsu roller balls at all which is great. I bought it as a birthday present to myself and it turned out better than I expected!

While the features for massaging and heat work well, the straps to securing to the seat do not expand enough to fit a large charge or recliner. This should be easily corrected at factory. So if you’re using any larger than average chair or recliners be forewarned, “it will not fit”.

Great product esspecially if you have back problems or sore muscles works just as they say and the heat works good would recommend

Have alot of low back pain and I am at the computer quite alot. This seat cover fits right over my office chair and the massage and heat works very well. You can make it as intense or soft as you want. Don't think you can go wrong with this product at its price point.

At first I didn't like this product... but after I turned on all buttons it was a steady massage which i wanted.
