Pen was not new..
One of the strings on the head was dirty and as if burnt by a lighter. Maybe it was a return... otherwise fun little pen, nice vibrant color

Doesn’t look new
Has black stuff on its hair and also it doesn’t light up , same with the Lolly pop one I ordered with it . Shame really as they’re nice pens
