Have been looking for great waterproof eyeliner t. ls and decided to give this one a try since everything else I've tried from this company has been a win . The price point of these items is cheap and the quality great

For under 5 bucks, this eyeliner is almost perfect. It lasts as long as a budget-eyeliner should. It glides on easily. It is buildable for a long enough period of time before it starts to "skip"/pull up product. Blendability is good as long as you blend quickly after application.My biggest gripe is the sharpening ability. I do one eye with a wing after sharpening and it is perfect! I got to sharpen the pencil to do the other eye and the tip of the pencil starts breaking up. I think the plastic twist barrel is too thin, causing the warmth from my hands to heat it up to the point the pencil is too soft to sharpen.At the price point, I am not upset. If you don't want to do wings, it is perfect. If you do wings with a stencil, it is perfect. If you do wings more quickly than I do, it is probably fine.

This eyeliner GLIDES on smoothly. No dragging, no pulling on delicate eye tissue, just a no fuss clean and smooth line!! I purchased a different product made 'specifically for older eyes' that was over 5 X the price of this Rimmel and after ONE try of it dragging across my eyelid, I threw it away! Rimmel is my ONLY eyeliner now.
