It has a pleasant berry flavor, and does not cause any stomach upset issues for me, or impact energy levels in a noticeable way. The one drawback: it works so well I’m now having to clip my fingernails twice as often!

Best biotin supplement!
I’ve tried more expensive supplements and keep coming back to these. I’m a gastric bypass patient of 10 years and need biotin to ward off high loss. These taste great and work well and fast. Don’t let high end supplements suck you in. (Like Weem gummies) This product gets in your system way faster, dissolves fast and has a great taste.
