Easy to grasp and easy to clean.
I like this type of weight because the smooth rubbery surface is easy to hold onto and is also easy to wipe clean. This is a big advantage over the kind that are kind of spongy on the surface. I previously bought SPRI weights, but they are frequently out of stock and they don’t come in all weight denominations. So I switched to the Amazon basics brand and I like them. I got both the 8 pound and 10 pound weights in the Amazon basic brand.

I bought two sets, one for a balcony I turned into a gym, and the other for a backyard (outside) gym. Phoenix sun is pretty brutal but the plastic coating on these is very strong. No scratches, no wear from sun, nothing.
