I bought an extra diamond head because the one that came with the whole package , the grainy tip wasted away too quickly. This one has lasted more than the original head and it does work great. Make sure you clean it after each use to avoid bacteria accumulation with luke warm water, mild soap, and the scrub that came with the main package.

I have had this product for about nine months now, and I have had very good results. My skin tone has evened out a bit and my face seems smoother with continued use. Just remember that it takes time to see results, so don't get frustrated and give it time.
