It holds the shower head securely
This shower head bracket works well. The quality seems good & the hand shower head fits fine. I did try a replacement slider bracket as the original one (on the rail) broke but that didn’t last long so now the shower head is at a fixed height but as I only use it to clean the bath it doesn’t matter. Ps I’m not sure if the angle of the shower head in the bracket (it sits quite upright) would work well to have a shower but then I’ve never tried.

Not substantial
I like Bristan products generally but this was a disappointment. Very plasticy and poorly made. The cap that covers the mounting screws is so loose fitting that it easily comes off and the chrome finish had flaws.

Not as advertised by manufacturer in questions and answers, item has horizontal holes instead of vertical. Plastic is very easily marked.

Inaccurate description - frustrating
Tech drawing and seller/manufacturer say that the holes are verticle. They aren’t. They are horizontal. So as a replacement to a product that has verticle holes it’s not useful.
