No electricity convertor needed in US.
I did a lot research on the quality for this brand. I didnât have a really high expectation, so I use it with care.i almost use it every morning, it functions pretty good. Very nice looking. The only disadvantage for me is that you cannot put too much stuff in the sandwich. Too hard to press down if too thick of the sandwich. Overall, I like this brand and looking forward to get the multi-function grill pan later on.

worst product and worst seller
only 4 months then the lock broken, and the seller didn't take any responsibility of it.When you made sandwich you need to press it for sure, but the seller said it because of the user use too much pressure. What is the explanation of that ? So how much pressure I should use ?

Cover part broken
The cover part is very cheap made plastic, itâs broken after normal daily use. I bought this on February, 2020. Not even last a year. Donât buy it.
