The product is just ok. You can’t use it for long. The machine moves a lot while operating and we get problems while cleaning it as well

the product is very good but less than a month, the washer of the blade has come out and broken in both the blades. please help me to repair this as am unable to use the blender. please let me know the contact number of service providers. thanks in advance

Loving the product. The motor gets heated soon, but i guess thats a price one has to pay for a petite looking thing like this. Handle with care and it should last you good enough.

I purchased Glen Multi-Function Active Blender 350 Watt as I am already using GLEN basic blender which is absolutely fantastic. BUT THIS PRODUCT IS THE WORST.1. PLastic used is of inferior quality.2. Jar when attached are loose3. Cutting on Jar and locking of jar seems like semi-finished.4. Cuts and small valve on Jar and blender seems to be made with hand, no finishing.Overall, i will say the product is of inferior quality, Jar, and Blender plastic is very basic. Not a quality you will accept from GLEN or not even from some thrid grade company.
