Color is darker than expected and the base is cheap made and very awkward!!! Looks like cheap plastic! I was expecting glass or something similar... smaller than expected... It is pretty but overall disappointed in quality

Absolutely beautiful.
Be aware of the size. This is not a huge glass ball. It's really Amathyst and if you tried to set it in a ring it would be huge. The sphere I received is just as lovely as the picture. There are nice sparkling inclusions that make turning it in overhead light very enjoyable.
