Broke but received a free replacement
This product is awful, within 9 days it completely broke. It was faulty as soon as I recived it the case wouldn't clasp around the phone properly, I was willing to over look this. Within a week the bumper over the power key broke, so I was unable to lock or unlock the phone without taking off the case. At this point I contacted Amazon who gave outstanding service and refunded me in full within 4 hours. When I then removed the case the usb connector fell apart! Just ordered a power bank now instead.Update. I have received an email off the seller offering a free replacement case, see how this one goes.UpdateSo I recieved the second case for free, so customer service is outstanding. Still doesn't cut it though. The case claims to be 5000 mAh, the phone has a 3500 mAh battery and you can barely get one full charge. The phone charging port becomes very hot to the level you cant touch it when charging. Also the bumper key around the power button broke off again for a second time after several weeks of use.

Does the job
If it had a screen protector with it I'd have given it 5 stars, alas it doesn't even though it looks like it has a front cover but that is just the bit that hold the back onto the phone. Please do one with a screen cover :-)

Not the same item as pictured
Ordered the slim line one and 2 times I got a big fat case not slime line will be sending BACK !

i have tried other battery cases but this is a class above them would recomend it to anyone

Great Value for Money
Compact, doesnt had too much weight and charges my S8+ up nice & fast. Wont worry about my phone dying anytime soon.
