These are easier for me than the other forms as you can ensure you are taking a consistent amount. The capsules are fairly large so if you have any tablet anxiety I’d give them a miss but with a big gulp you can get them down.

My husband was trialing this and honestly he is unsure of any changes to how he feels/mood and so on. Aside from making him blow like a brass brand and I can't say I've noticed we anything.Toxicity aside the packaging is quality and it could be a great product but I don't nt think it's working for him

They say they are well tested and seem well produced.I find it much easier to take a capsule or tablet than to take the resin in water so these capsules provide that in an easy to take method that fits my regime.I do not know why they say they are for me.. They are for men and women alike.With shilajit you must do about 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. It works best.I certainly feel more energy and more alive.. One thing to remember is that supplements take time to work. I like these capsule a lot and find the good.

Nothing special. It's your average high strenght shilajit supplement, which can be used as a mineral based multi vitamin. It also have the same unnoticable effects, because it's just a mixture many vitamins and minerals.
