Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Tan, Relieves Nasal Congestion, Large - 30 Ea

I wanted to breathe through my nose at night after a lifetime of mouth breathing. These strips stay on all night and are helping me to achieve my aim.

It didn't work for me, the first day was ok, but then I started snoring again. I discovered that my problem is not with my nose, but with my sleeping position.

Nothing so say really. They stay on the nos all night, sometimes works and sometimes not so I think the items might not works as should. Because I can't really prove it therefore I gave 4 stars

I’ve used various different brands of nasal strips in the past and nearly all of them have either come off or semi detached during the night. These strips are very strong and the adhesive is strong. Really comfortable, you don’t notice the strip is there. Purchased them initially to help with snoring but they’ve also helped with sleep recently when suffering from a cold.

They did not seem to open nasal passage as I hoped

Have been using these for about a year but this is the first time I purchased from Amazon. I was greatly surprised when they were delivered that they had come all the way from Jamaica. The ones I purchased before were from UK. I have also had two strips fail. The adhesive strip came away from the main part of the item. I thought it had become unstuck due to grease on my nose but it had not . The strip had just failed. I compared the box with the ones I had before and it is slightly different. So I am sorry I will not be buying these from Amazon again.

I am an apnea sufferer, I snore loudly and don't get enough sleep because of it, I woke up very tired most days and felt drowsy. I have a deviated septum and sinus problems from boxing when younger and being hit in the nose too much. Additionally I allowed myself to get overweight which I thought could be the reason, so I have worked hard and am now under 25 on the BMi index but ,alas, this has not stopped my symptoms.These strips are a game changer for me, I monitor my sleep quality nightly and since using these my breathing at night has been so much better. I am managing a full nights sleep and have woken up for the first few times in years feeling like I am rested.I would recommend anyone that has simillar issues to try them, the snoring hasn't gone away completely but it is vastly imroved.
