2days in & has already saved the day twice... Robust enough but I'm still able to use the phone, even with my sausages fingers...

S pen doesn't fit properly

I purchased case and within 24 hours the Slim Spen holder top right grip broke on its own and no longer grips the Slim S-pen.I returned the case and got a replacement and never took the S-pen out once and within 24hrs the exact same top right grip has snapped.Contacted the manufacturers of the case who told me to just return the case and get a refund - not bothered to query or see why the same issue happened on both cases.100% avoid

I just got this case then I bought an S-pen when fitting the pen into the case I notices that the clip that holds the pen is snapped and allows the pen to come loose. For the price of this case things should be alot more robust

This case should be perfect in every way with the bloated price tag, but it's not. For starters when you fit the case and close the phone up there is a gap created between the two halves allowing for dirt to pass through and scratch your screen as the hinge floats back and forth. Secondly the s-pen holder is completely useless. It barely holds the pen in and on a couple of occasions my s-pen fell out. The magsafe works fine, just as it should and that's probably the only good thing about this case. Not worth the price tag, would only realistically pay £20-25 for this case.

Amazing military Grade case that's easy to fit on and gives me so much peace of mind knowing my expensive device is secure from drops. So much emphasis is made is made to the s pen though, I assumed one came with it, unfortunately that's not the "case". Ships without a pen.

Whilst this has the usual good points to a ub pro case.Don't buy it for mag charging. Waste of time, doesn't charge on mag chargers, and now doesn't charge properly on normal wireless chargers. Previous ub pro cases work fine on them before you think it's the thickness. Kind of wish I'd just got the normal ub pro case now
