Wolf-Garten ZM170 170 cm Multi-Change Wooden Handle FSC Certified

I much prefer the look and feel of decent wooden tools, so opted for this handle in favour of the metal alternatives.It's an attractive piece of ash, nicely finished, but not completely smooth, so it offers an ideal amount of grip. The weight feels substantial but not overly heavy.I'm 6' tall, and the 170cm length seems just right for use with scarifiers, hoes, takes and so on, without needing to bend down and strain my back.The multi-change system has a positive action, so tools click nicely into place, and feel secure in use. When it's time to swap tools, they disengage just as easily.I'm new to Wolf Garten, but so far it seems like these tools will live up to the hype, and I look forward to expanding my collection bit by bit.

Great handle for the hand scarifier

Wolfgarten is a good sturdy product I’ve been using for years, it’s expensive but good

I ordered this ready for the spring and received an apologetic email saying was out of stock and would I like money back or wait. I was in no hurry so I said I’ll wait. Two days later stock arrived and received item the next day. Very good communication on sellers part and for this level of customer care I would definitely buy from them again.The handle is top class too and 20cms longer than standard as I’m 6ft 4 and others stating the longer shaft means you don’t have to bend as much when taller. This makes sense, I just hope it’s easier than using an ordinary rake to scarify as is damn hard work.

It has been noted before, but i will reiterate. This is the essential component to enable purchasing of a whole plethora of Wolf Garten gardening implements. Yes it's rather expensive for what is basically a wooden handle with a quick release mechanism at the bottom of it, but this is a premium product for those who want their precious gardening tools to last a lifetime. There's something very reassuring about it's very bulk. It just shouts "Quality". I ordered this along with the W,G Broom head, and Weeder, and i have to say i'm very impressed. It's so much easier going to the garden shed, grabbing the handle, together with box of attachments, knowing that i have every tool for the job just a click away, without taking up needless space. I'm confident that this Broom handle will last longer than triggers.I would also like to praise Amazon for their excellent customer service, as the original order failed to turn up. They answered my query promptly, and sent out another item, which arrived first thing next day.

Hoeing weeds is normally a back breaking task but not any more. This 170cm handle, with accompanying Dutch hoe attachment, enables me to hoe without bending over. Fantastic.
