Lilliput High Efficiency Gas Fire - Brushed Steel

Lovely wee fire so far, I read a few reviews before purchasing and not all were 5 star. Mine arrived in good time and sat around for a couple of weeks before the gad fitter arrived to fit it and discovered the fixing cable kit was missing. This caused a 2 day delay in fitting and i was assured the missing part would arrive within 48hrs(not much help but they actually promised it would be 24-48hrs!) I then got a message to say it would arrive 5-8 days later🤬 fortunately the gas fitter bought a cable kit in b&q and was able to fit the fire a couple of days later.The fire works fine and looks lovely but the missing cable kit has cost them a star and cost me 2 days delay and the replacement cable kit took well over a week to arrive. I wish the manufacturer had Just checked the box component list before they seal it up and sell it

The fire looks lovely but as it is summer I have not used it yet. I am sure I won’t be disappointed. One thing I would say is that some of the trim around the fire surround is of sub standard quality, especially the front part that covers the controls as it is non stainless steel.

Not working after 3 weeks of use. Trying to contact vendor but no reference found yet Amazon sent a replacement promptly. Had to pay for a 2nd fitting but this one good at the moment. Replacement fire... starting to show signs of wear after 2 months. Not confident in the long term.

Heat is very goodWill need to buy a fire guard as glass becomes very hot.
