Purchasing the WELLFIT walking pad treadmill was a fantastic purchase. My daily steps have increased significantly as I now have the ability to walk at my desk or while watching tv or a movie. It’s so easy and quick to use. I chose this model because of the optional incline feature. It’s very easy to store and doesn’t take up much space. I can also quickly move it between rooms as it’s light and easy to maneuver. The WELLFIT company also has responsive customer service that will assist if you have any issues. I would recommend this unit and company if are trying to walk more indoors.

I really love my walking pad and I use it almost every day. Definitely use in conjunction with the WELLFIT app, since that keeps track of steps, provides walking courses, and allows you to pause your walking pad when needed (the remote doesn’t).Customer service is also really great. I’ve used my walking pad for about 4 months and I had an issue come up with the belt. Upon reaching out to customer service, they replied (consistently) with feedback and additional help. Even after resolving my issue, they offered a partial refund as reconciliation for the inconvenience. 5 out of 5 stars

I love this low impact with incline treadmill. It was super easy to assemble. I'm recommending it to all my friends.

The media could not be loaded. I love this treadmill. I just don’t like that the data isn’t equaling up to what my Apple Watch is giving me, treadmill is showing less. Giving it a 4 because of that.

I so wish I could give this a good rating as when it works it is wonderful and easy to adjust the incline and speed. However, here I am on unit number two and the remote will not turn on unit or when it does then you can’t adjust speed. Truly don’t know if the remote is the problem or the unit..nothing in life is more frustrating than getting ready to exercise then the unit won’t turn on!! Beyond frustrating!!Update-May/2025- New remote design was sent which resolved the issue. However, shortly after, the unit started throwing error codes which made it inoperable and required parts to be replaced (free replacement offered by customer service).I contacted their customer service department which was very responsive, and they issued a full refund.So, I star for the product, 5 stars for their customer service staff!

There are so many of these types of treadmills and the reason we went with this one was the good reviews that weren't driven by reviewers that got free ones and also that it had an incline and specs we liked. My wife found that 1-2mph is the sweet spot for doing real work at a desk as jogging and typing isn't easy. But the incline makes it a real workout. Came flat but there's 2 sets of pegs that raise it up to two heights. The remote is great too. We haven't used the app portion yet but I'll get that going soon. Wish it powered off by itself when not in use for a while but that's okay. Not sure any of them do that. We've only had it a week so I can't tell you how well it will hold up but my wife loves it so here I am letting you know it's a solid option. Comes with tools but it's already built and ready to go. Also comes with oil to oil up the belts underneath so they don't dry up. Seems easy enough. Also, I should say that I did reach out to their customer service and asked about the seam on the treadmill and they responded really quick which was nice. The seam is normal and all good, but it was nice to know their support doesn't take forever and responds in a thorough way. You can tell they care.

5-star customer service. My walking pad stopped working after 2 months and the manufacturer offered to replace the unit at no cost.

Rating 5 stars for great customer service. The walking pad I ordered came working properly but the motor burned out less than one month later. This was very disappointing however, Wellfit was quick to respond and resolve the matter. A new walking pad was sent at no cost without the hassle of sending the defective unit back. I appreciate the good customer service and am hopeful that the new unit will hold up!
