Q: I want to drop it into my purse, does it come with a cover?

This unit does not come with a cover. You shouldn't need a cover just to drop the keyboard into your purse. Once I close mine it is stable enough to remain close until the next time I need to use it. If you want a cover, there are several generic styles available on Amazon that will work.

Q: Are there any known issues with the keyboard space bar? Mine is almostuseless. (Often no spacesbetween words.)

What device are you using it on? If using on iOS you need to activate AasistiveTouch under Accessibility.
