I found taking each individual neurotropic more effective than taking this. BUT STILL TRY IT IF YOU ARE A NORMAL BRAIN PERSON!!! It could be effective.I have narcolepsy, chronic fatigue, diabetes, and inappropriate sinus tachycardia. All of which make me unbelievably exhausted. The hope for this was to help me stay awake better because even with the highest dose of narcolepsy medicine I still pass out.So, I would absolutely still try it if you don't have any conditions like this because it could just be that my body needs higher doses of neurotropics than the average person.
