I got this for Christmas, it's a great little book with some really good environmentally friendly beauty tips and facts, such as buying organic cotton wool as cotton production produces 15% of global insecticides - who would have thought that? - exfoliating with muslin and dabbing honey on spots! Would recommend to anyone looking for a less chemical beauty regime.

This book provides some very practical ways to live an eco-friendly lifestyle. It is very easy to read. Some of the ideas are quite obvious and some seem a little odd, but overall it is a very good book.

This is a very easy to read guide to being more environmentally friendly. A lof the 250 tips are based on common sense thinking, but there are also things that you may not have thought about.
