This pill splitter is a real time saver. I've been cutting pills in half for years as it saves money if you can get the higher dose pill for the same price with your insurance. You only need half as many. Over time, this can save hundreds of dollars and more. The splinter handles 6, 8 or 10 pills max, depending on the size of the pill. It takes a little time to line them up, but compared to the old "one at a time" method, this makes an onerous task so much easier. The wheel adjuster for size makes it a breeze to handle any size pill and the same mechanism grips the pills securely for the big push as you press the halves together. I'll be using this for the rest of my life!

This is my second pill cutter as the first was a complete dud (not purchased here or through this seller). I love this one so much! Storage capacity is great, I can cut nearly my entire week of pills at once, so easy to open, the build quality and design is excellent and I believe the value for money was great.

The ability to cut multiple pills at one time is great functionality. The rubber siding that makes that possible is easy to adjust. There is a little pill dust from time to time (my reasoning for the 4 stars) but still more effective than using a knife and eyeballing it. Recommend it.

this cutter locks the pill before the cutter cuts the pill. it has a long blade so it go a long time before the blade goes dull. my cutter appears to really split the pill in equal parts. super happy, bought 2more .

My dog is on heart medications and one of the pills is VERY small. She takes 1/2 pill 2 times a day so I need to cut the pills in 1/2. I was using a small knife, but the pills would either crumble or not cut right. This pill cutter is GREAT! It cuts multiple pills, perfectly in 1/2.

Great design, build quality, and value for the money.I was just looking for a regular pill cutter that does one at a time, and I had no idea that there was even such a thing as one that would do many at a time until I looked here on Amazon.Really glad I found this one.Does a fantastic job cutting several small (about 3 mm), un-scored tablets in half at the same time.I wish I would have found this sooner.

I purchased this pill cutter specifically because it is designed to cut several pills simultaneously, supposedly of different sizes. It is good quality and does the job as expected, but BEWARE, it does not open wide enough to fit a 3/4" pill. Otherwise, nice product.
