If I could I'd give this item zero stars.I received this stove and I thought it was perfect until I plugged/connected it to the gas. Gas does not get to the burners, it does come out of the hose but once connected to the stove it doesn't get to the burners, so I haven't been able to use the stove.I've tried to contact the seller so I can return it and get a refund but it's been impossible. If I'm not mistaken, this item was "free return" since I'm a prime member, but amazon and the seller have given me A, B, C and all the alphabet reasons of why I can't get my money back.I'm not saying that all of the seller's products/stoves are defective, but the one I purchased from them is.Product does not work, it's defective, I just want to return it and get my almost $200 I paid for it back.

Arrived looking as described. However once we went to install would not ignite. Attempted all trouble shooting available, with no results. Have now contacted seller for replacement. Will update with response.Update...seller issued 100% refund immediately. Great service. I think this may have been just a 1 off. Would definitely buy other products from this company just based on customer service.
