I bought this for my son to play with on these summer nights with all the neighborhood kids. When I received the flying ring it lit up when we hit the button but it would not light up when it was thrown. I reached out to customer service right away. They got back to me very quickly. They apologized for the faulty flying ring and they sent a new ring out right away. I received the new ring within a couple days and it works perfectly. My son and all the neighborhood kids love it and all the bright colors soaring across the night sky! Excellent customer service and an awesome product! Thank you customer support!

I bought the TOSY Flying Ring for my 11-year-old daughter, and it was an instant favorite. The moment she opened the box, her eyes lit up almost as brightly as the ring itself! She’s been playing with it nonstop ever since—day and night (literally, thanks to the super bright LEDs).The colors are gorgeous—really vibrant and eye-catching. We opted for the version with 16 million RGB LEDs (yes, it’s a thing), and it's seriously impressive how cool it looks flying through the air, especially at dusk. Updated review of Tosy: After the company saw my review which I wrote months after I purchased the item and even though I didn't even contact them, they reimbursed me with no questions asked other than to apologize, hint that it may have been a defective unit, and they offering to send me another for free. I decided to take them up on it and they sent me two, which was quite surprising! I now have two new ones, one blue and one green (on top of my previously purchased blue one which I had purchased before and the kids had stopped using). Upon using the new green and blue, I quickly noticed that the green is much brighter and thus easier to see than the blue. The first day of using the two, they worked fine. That was a week ago. Yesterday, my son and I tried out both of them and the lights were not always consistent, but better than the first one I had purchased way back. My son mentioned that the sensitivity of the Tosy could be improved so that it always lights and one other thing is that it does not always fly straight. Interestingly, it flies more straight when thrown upside down. Besides that, he said he would give it a 4 or 5 star rating. So, as the toy could use a little tuning, I gave it 4, but as for the company, I GIVE IT A FIVE! Excellent customer service! Great company! Here is my previous review and star rating: 2 stars: Flies fine, but the lights stopped working well or consistently during the first or second use.

I have ordered 12 of these! My three grown sons (in their 20s) enjoy these. I bought some for a college graduation party, and they were immensely popular. I have every color here at home, and guests love using them at the beach, especially at night. They are safe to throw with young children, as they have soft edges and are not heavy. They are fun to play with, period. Great gift for most anyone.

Bought it for the grandkids for Christmas. It stopped working the same day. I put it away in the room and just relocated it today. Change the battery. New battery does nothing different. Tested the old battery that works perfectly. Tried to email them for support and I can't get anything to go through. Bummer! I would like to update this review! After I posted this, the seller contacted me and was so apologetic! They refunded my money and sended me out a new unit plus another one!! What amazing customer service!!! My grandchildren will be so excited the next time they come over! Thank you for striving to make things right in a world where so many people don't even care to try!!! Thank you, thank you!

This is my second time purchasing one of these. We have so much fun with them especially in the summer time. However this is the second time I’ve purchased one of these because they stop working. $20 for a flimsy piece of plastic that continues to fail, isn’t worth it. It did light up for about a month both times. It says it’s waterproof and floatable so it shouldn’t fail due to water. I have changed batteries and checked the batteries, did not fix it. This is a a fun product if you don’t mind purchasing it all the time. But I’ll just buy a regular frisbee for $1 at the dollar store.

My son absolutely loves this. It was a perfect gift for summer. He can play with it in the dark for even more fun. I like how it’s not too heavy or too light to throw/catch. When it hits stuff, it does no damage and hasn’t been damaged either. It’s actually made him want to go out and “touch grass. Recommended!

When I ordered this I thought this will be fun to do with the kids! When it came in and I opened it I thought I had made a mistake. It’s made of plastic and rubber. I just knew it was going to break the first time it hit the floor. I was wrong! We have had a lot of fun tossing it around the house! The lights make it fun to play outside at night! My 1year old son has bent it, chewed on it, stepped on it, everything littles do and it still remains unbroken! So I can safely it’s safe for all ages! Definitely recommend for outdoor and indoor fun with the kids! I bought it Christmas of 2024 and it is still working!
