I ordered this walking pad a few months ago, and I have really enjoyed it! It’s affordable, simple, and convenient to use in the comfort of my home. I like the fact that it’s not heavy or bulky, and It’s small enough to store under my desk when not in use. It’s also easy to move around because it has wheels. Build quality is good, I’ve had no issues with it. I highly recommend this product!Recently, my fiance and I just bought our first house and unfortunately I lost the remote during the moving process. I contacted customer service to get a replacement remote, and they were very helpful. For this walking pad to be functional it requires the power cord and the remote that it comes with, so thank you Airhot for getting me a replacement remote! Absolutely fantastic experience with customer service!

I ordered this walking pad over a year ago and my experience with it has been nothing but great. I work from home so I needed something to encourage movement in my everyday life. I paired this with my standing desk and it's the ultimate WFH setup. It's quiet, it's light, and super affordable compared to other walking pads. There's no incline but I'm okay with that, I just need it for walking. I enjoy the fact that I can easily move it around with the wheels on the front and prop it up when I'm not using it to save space. Build quality is solid, no issues from me. I highly recommend this product.After one year, I lost my power cord in the process of moving so I contacted their customer service to get a replacement and they were very polite, understanding and timely in their responses too. Thanks Airhot for getting a replacement cord for me otherwise this walking pad would be useless!

i love it so much!! i’ve had it for only 2 days but i’ve walked 5 miles on it both days, i’m obsessed.the reason i took away 1 star was because of two reasons:first, i wish it would count how many steps i’m taking. not a big deal, all i do is search online how many steps the speed + the amount of miles i walked would be for someone who’s 5’0 and then roll with that.second, i noticed the treadmill automatically stops when it hits 100 minutes. a little annoying because then you lose all the progress you had (miles, calories), having to start it over and seeing everything start at 0 again is a littleee discouraging for me.other than that, i love it so much! 🩷i have a standing desk as well so i can use it while i’m at my computer, which is so convenient!

Great product! I've found it works really well for walking in front of a mobile standing desk while working on the screen. I like 1.5 as the best speed for me. It's easy to roll away and store standing up. Make sure you keep track of the remote, because it turns on with a button, but won't start spinning without the remote. There's a little slot you can store the remote in, when you're moving the treadmill. I lost my remote and had to email the manufacturer to get a new one.

Amazing product for the whole family to use. We keep ours in our living room and my wife and kids love to use it to get their daily steps in! There are no handles but it's easy to get used to after a couple of uses. Fastest speed is a moderate speed walk or a jog so great way to keep your heart rate going. Company also has a quick response time for any questions. Overall, very satisfied with our purchase!

This treadmill works great and is a really good value for the price. It can easily be rolled around and is perfect for a nice walk in any room of your place. Super happy with the customer service also!

Walking pad worked well for about a year and then it started to get very jerky as I would walk. I tried to follow the instructions and shift the belt. Tighten the belt and do other instructions as listed. Now the belt runs, but when I step on the walking pad, the motor is trying to move, but the belt does not so it’s completely unusable. I’ve tried to reach out and get customer support. I’ve tried to go to their website. I’ve tried to create a ticket through their website. I’ve tried to call her phone number. It goes to a voicemail where the mailbox is full. I can’t get any support. So if you’re willing to throw away about $100 to have a walking pad for a year, this is fine if you want something that lasts longer look elsewhere.

I really like the walking pad and used it at work when I was working at my computer.Unfortunately the remote was lost and I’m not able to use the pad without it. I do wish there was an option to use it without the remote but I contacted the seller and they are sending me a replacement!! I’m very thankful for that!
