BRILLIANT!
I've got two light fittings in my living room each with six GU9 bulb holders. They came with 28W (40W equivalent) eco halogen bulbs which burnt out with irritating frequency. I'd looked at GU9 LED replacements before but, they were huge, looking like corn on the cob. Anyway, after careful research I bought these along with a set from another manufacturer for comparison sake. They are longer than the halogen bulbs but these are slightly shorter than the other brand so there is less bulb poking out of the bottom of the glass shade. They fit into the sockets easily and are far easier to remove than the halogen bulbs they replace. The light output is instantaneous and, in my opinion, brighter than the halogens. There is no flicker either. It's great to know that all six of these bulbs are using only slightly more than one of the halogen bulbs I've replaced. If these last as long as expected I will be even happier than I am now with them.***UPDATE*** As of today, 26th October 2020 I have not had to replace a single one of these bulbs and they are used daily.***UPDATE*** As of today, 17th October 2022 I have not had to replace a single one of these bulbs and they are still used daily. Remarkable!

Brighten up the day.
Easy to install give off a nice warm glow, fitted in wall lights, ceiling light and floor standing light. Very pleased with product would recommend seller.

Not impressed
Two blew . One after half an hour it's sister lasted an hour. On to number 3 and 4 now seem ok.. nice warm light also bright , lost stars for blowing so soon. . Will update if the others last a bit longer

Save with LED
Slightly larger than the halogen item they replace but still fit with space to spare. Light output and colour is indistinguishable from the halogen.Definitely would recommend these to save you loads! Use one eighth of the electricity. 5W versus 40W!

Lovely bright bulbs
Wonderful bulbs! They look a bit strange at first but give a super clear bright light - really pleased

Fit some sockets but no others --the metal looped pins at the base are not long enough

Flicked in all situations
Not very good as they all flicker no matter where and how installed. I have used them in multiple fittings, circuits and houses (with and without dimmer switches) and they always flicker.
