Lovely gloves

Bought these men's gloves for myself to wear. As a 6ft woman, women's gloves are just too small. Went for these as they are not too masculine looking. I bought M size and on first fit they are snug. They're such lovely soft leather I know that in time they'll give just that little bit , to become more maliable and the perfect fit. Highly recommend for men and women. Swift delivery too, despite all the strikes!(Dec 2022)

The feel and fit of gloves great

The product was just what I needed. Good leather, fitted well and the gloves were very comfotable and warm.

The media could not be loaded.  These are my favourite gloves - the best gloves I have owned by a long way. I especially like the fact that the the leather is so soft to touch. It does feel like a premium leather.The light smell of fresh leather, which is subtle and very nice with these gloves, confirms that these are authentic leather gloves. The leather is so soft to touch that it feels to me to be a high quality leather.There are no imperfections in the leather and there's just one natural line (a few millimetres long) that doesn't feature the dimpled pattern. I am guessing that the leather used to make these gloves has been selected rather than just randomly used.I like the styling/detailing on the back of the gloves. The three raised ribs on the back of the glove are placed symmetrically between the index finger and the little finger. It's a really nice impact that adds to the visual appeal of the gloves.The gloves are superbly warm helped I am guessing by the soft fleece lining. The lining is not particularly thick though and so I am surprised by how warm the gloves are. I like the fact that the lining is fairly thin because this helps me with manoeuvrability and yet provides for a warm wearing experience on a cold day.In terms of the touchscreen compatibility, I can only use the thumb of the glove on the right glove to scroll use my iPhone. I can get the index finger on the right glove to register a touch and to type - very accurately - but oddly I can't successfully use it to scroll.On the left glove both the thumb and index finger work for touching and scrolling but neither work as well - as consistently - as the thumb does on the right glove.The thumb on the right glove does work very well. It is almost as good as using fingers without a glove. It is reliable and also surprisingly accurate not just for answering calls but for making calls (typing numbers) and even for entering web addresses. I shot a brief video to show how good and how accurate it is.The glove is tapered inwards below the palm to give a skirt like effect as the glove funnels outwards over the wrist. I like this because it provides a close fit around the palm whilst allowing for good mobility of the wrist. It's also easy to tuck the gloves into the arms of a coat.I would strongly recommend these gloves both as a present and as a self purchase. They are beautifully warm and incredible soft.Pros:- beautifully soft leather- lovely light smell of fresh leather- wonderfully warm despite thin fleece lining- fleece lining is securely stitched to the leather glove- nice and subtle speckled pattern on the leather- stylish and refined ribbed pattern on back of gloves- touchscreen functionality works extremely well on right hand thumbCons:- touchscreen functionality is not as reliable on left hand glove as on right hand thumb (but this could be the way I am using/wearing the gloves)
