The Confectioners Sugar substitute by Swerve is definitely high quality.Everything from the appearance to the texture is indistinguishable from “the real thing.”It’s not super cheap, but it seems like that’s the norm if you’re trying to make some healthier choices. And no doubt, cutting out sugar has some health benefits. Including the fact that by using this in place of regular sugar, you can decrease your caloric intake.I also find that when I’m making coffee drinks with this and eating better, I don’t have the cravings for/or even miss real sugar.It’s actually the opposite. Once I get used to eating a higher protein, lower calorie diet, I find that most prepackaged or “junk” food tastes far too sweet.I haven’t baked with this product but I would, without any fears.And the ingredients are far better than the ones in those pink packet sweeteners!I’m impressed with Swerve. Makes a pretty darn good sugar-free frosting. I usually use it with cream cheese and a little milk to frost a cake or something, but sometimes I also just mix it with milk by itself to make a glaze / icing. Without the cream cheese the cooling effect is a lot more noticeable, but it's still worth it to me to save on all the calories!

This stuff is so delicious when mixed in things and baked. It wasn’t the best substitute for regular powdered sugar on my French toast- a little more grainy. It does have a little more carbs than I wanted but the flavor is great. Co I thought the price was better than at the grocery store

I started using the product when I dip and dabbled with the Keto diet so it can be used for that as well to keep your carb count low for the day, or if you’re intermittent fasting and have this with black coffee or green tea in the morning you have NOT broken your fast! This sugar is expensive, but you don't need to use as much as regular sugar. Love it!
