I make a lot of venison hamburger dishes in big batches. Great for crumbling hamburger! and recently I had a brainstorm and used it for chopping up my eggs for egg salad! Super easy and this thing is very durable heavy design. How did I live without it?

I saw a chef on YouTube using this and I had to have one. It is wonderful for breaking up ground meats into very small pieces. It is easy to use and easy to clean. Very sturdy and perfect on non-stick surfaces as well.

When frying up ground meat, it is often difficult to prevent pieces from clumping. This tool will help to break up the meat in quick fashion. It's made of a plastic or nylon material so it won't scratch a Teflon coated pan. I'm glad I bought it and use it regularly.

.. the head just broke right off when I rapped against the bowl to get some crumbs off! Oh, well, back to the big spoon.
