GROHE 27698000 Euphoria Cube Stick Hand Shower

I've bought both a metal and plastic version of this shower head. They both perform perfectly well. The difference is on the weight of the thing. This one is much lighter than the metal one but that does not affect the quality feel of it. We've used the plastic one in the bath so if it were to be dropped off would not put a dent in the surface of the bath which the metal one would most certainly do.In terms of water flow, we live in a low pressure area and have a salamander pump to increase pressure to normal levels. The shower has no dedicated pump. We find the lower number of nozzles on these shower heads increases the pressure at which the water comes out and is better than those shower heads with the stones in that promise high pressure jets of water.Looks wise these shower heads on great if your existing plumbing is chrome and square in design regardless of the manufacturer and they fit in the hand readily.

I looked at a few similar shower heads in the shops and some looked very poor quality, so I avoided cheap and cheerful. Based on Amazon reviews, I got this and was very pleased with the build quality. Fitted on the shower hose fine and looks good on the shower-wall holder.Slightly smaller than the shower head it replaces, but that is not something that bothers me.

Slightly more expensive than some other heads, & a did wonder about some of less positive reviews.Looks good works well, finish has not come away.Worth the extra as quality does show

I decided to purchase this item because it was quite a bit more than other options and I figured it would be money well spent. Buy cheap buy twice, as they say. However, when it arrived it was so very light and plastic. I can not see why this would be more than a few pounds if it didn't have Grohe on the label. Do yourself a favour and buy something else for a tenner and get a much better product.

While the shower head looks and works fine, it feels cheap as it's made from plastic which is an absolute joke at this price and it doesn't mention it in their description.
