IMHO best consumed after second fermentation in your favourite fruit (juice)
Very productive grains!!!!!!!!!!!! Alive and kicking. Grow very quickly, so you can share with friends. Can store mine in fridge for a break, no problem. IMHO best consumed after second fermentation in your favourite fruit (juice). I love lemon, grape, strawberry. Creates lovely tangy very fizzy drink after 72 hours. Don't forget to pop your bottle daily or it will explode!

Quality Healthy Grains
I'm really pleased with my purchase of these kefir grains - with the right conditions they make a lovely sparkly probiotic drink. When I first unpacked the grains and put them in a double strength solution as per the included instructions they were a bit slow to start, but once acclimatised to their new "home" they began to ferment well. The grains have been super-active since I went away and left them in the fridge for a couple of weeks, followed by returning them to their fermenting jar - I've been feeding them with local honey or organic sugar, and using filtered tap water. Really refreshing with a few crushed juniper berries and a squeeze of lime.

Wait and see
Update: I've not wanted to drink this: ferment is too slow and doesn't seem to be working well enough. Waste of money. Next time I'll choose another supplier.

Meh.
Didnt do much at all, eventually threw them away. Yes, I did follow the instructions, even tried some online ways of feeding them but they just sat there.

Excellent product.
This was an excellent buy. It does exactly what I expected and was simple to make delicious fruit kefir. I have already recommended this to my family.

Where did I go wrong?
I had a failure. Prob my fault tho. Maybe due to v hot weather and not using immediately after delivery.
