The media could not be loaded. Installed on 2016 KTM 300 XC-WEasy install, but you need to get your own hardware, as the one I had did not fit, & what came with it were useless, not the needed size…Light is bright like no other, definitely recommend !!!

Worst buy on Amazon ever! Scratched up lens wires messed up open box did not fit and did not work. Wired direct to a battery since someone messed with the plug that was the easy part, bright nope, my kids night light is brighter. I am sending it back as I have never had such a bad experience with anything ever in my life as I have with this. Box has been previously opened, used and busted light???. Delivery person just threw it on the ground by my front gate an entrance I never go through so it sat there in the snow for days. Should I go on?

You will have to bend the headlight mask to get this thing to even fit the plastics. Even then, its WAY too deep to fit on an EXC-F. I honestly dont know if it would even fit my XC-W. Maybe it fits the European models? No adjustability for height once installed in plastic. (Again doesnt fit frame) There is a 3000 lumen model that fits well, is decently bright, and adjustable. A much better option IMO. (And its cheaper)

It's a really good headlight but does require some minor modification on a KTM 690 SMC R. I had to trim the two top mounting points on the OEM plastic and move some of the pins in the plug for it to work. The lower mounting point is also just slightly too narrow so you need to thread the screw through first and then line it up with the OEM plastic which can make alignment tricky. When re-assembling, you have to be very careful about how the cables are routed so it actually goes back together but it does just barely fit.5 star headlight but minus 1 star for needing modifications that weren't mentioned in the instructions even though it's the exact bike shown in the product pictures. Highly recommend for KTM 690 as long as you're able to do the minor modifications to get it to work because the light output is extremely good.
