Connected to samsung chromebook then galaxy phone, but now it won't let me reconnect to chromebook despite trying every function/unpairing/restarting?

Dear customer,

Thank you for contacting us. Since it can only remember the most recent connected device, if you connect it to another device after you connect it back to your chromebook, you need to press the Connect button again and reconnect it to your tablet.

please try the following steps:
1. Switch off the Bluetooth function on your device.
2. Delete all the keyboard connection records in your device setting.
3. Press the Connect button to put it into the pairing mode(Paring indicator light will begin blinking.)
4. Switch on Bluetooth on your chromebook and click on "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard" to connect.

NOTE:
After the first connection, please don't press the “Connect” again, or it will disconnect and you have to reconnect it. In future use, you only need to turn on the keyboard and your device. Press any key on the keyboard and it will auto connect.

Is both the keyboard and touchpad compatible with amazon fire hd 10 2021 11th generation?

I have the Fire HD 10 newest version.  The touchpad function manual shows Android and Mac OS as having very limited touchpad functionality.  It states minimal functionality with the Android system.  Works well with my iphone 12. It's a bit of a catch 22.  Many touchpad foldable keypads advertise "does not work with iOS", so it's awesome this works well with my iphone.  I did not expect Android to be the one with minimal functionality, since most other foldable keyboards with touchpad advertise the opposite.
