item has signs of use - no seal and no screen plastic cover (like a screen protector)
I received the item two days after the order placed. But I am disappointed that I received an UNSEALED item and there is a sign of use. The bad thing here, I requested for item replacement but were advised for refund (only) - which take two weeks! this is a very disturbing and disappointing! -I made the wrong move. I purchased something that gave me a headache.
