EafenGrow is the king of selling LOW PRICED knives
I buy EafenGrow knives simply because they make many varieties and the prices are so low. I'm poor so my budget is limited. This particular knife is my wood splitting Batoning knife. I bought this just to split wood. So far, I haven't seen a single chip or any defects and I've had it half a year so far. I'm not a heavy user. I'm more of a knife collector. I love EafenGrow even if I'm not 100% sure their knife steel is genuine. But for the price, It makes one heck of a beater knife and you won't cry if it breaks. And this knife is built like a TANK so I doubt it will ever break the way I use it. It's a quarter inch thick and has a strong comfortable handle for gripping.

Solid Knife Overal But Has Some Flaws
Bought this knife for general purpose yard work. Solid knife and fits well in the hand. However, only half the cutting end came sharp out of the box. Nothing a few minutes of sharpening couldn't fix, but felt it was worth noting. Also, the sheath fit is ok at best. It is held in quite well so it won't fall out, but it does rattle quite a bit. Again, nothing a few minutes with a heat gun won't fix, but based on my past Eafengrow purchases, I was expecting the fit to be snug and rattle-free.Overall, with a little bit of initial elbow grease, this knife is solid and is a sleek beast. If I could give it 4.5/5, I would, but alas, I can't. If you need a large all-purpose knife, I recommend it. Just be aware it may not be perfect out of the box. Regardless, still well worth the money.

Excellent and very comfortable feeling knife
Another EXCELLENT knife from Eafengrow! I own man different Eafengrow knifes and they are in my opinion definitely the best bang for your buck! The overall look is amazing and it feels like a quality knife. The G10 grips have sleek designs and feel great in your hands. The DC53 blade is very robust and feels very durable. The full tang and ergonomic grip really make this knife feel indestructible. The kydex sheath has the perfect amount of retention making it easy to deploy the knife and feels super secure. This is another great knife from Eafengrow and will go nicely into the collection. I highly recommend this knife to anyone needing an EDC, hunting/ camping knife, or even just adding to the collection.

Great survival combat knife bones to meet your needs
This is a great knife for this price point and are getting a lot of value from the good steel choice, size, and blade design, as well as the included sheath. Impressed by the weight and balancing of the knife, as well as the steel-- hard and corrosion resistant, yet easier to sharpen with good edge retention. The drop point blade design and blade thickness are excellent for survival and combat situations. Cutting edge geometry was not the sharpest and some inconsistencies on the swedging, but was able to get razor sharp after some time on stones. Great durability for all bushcraft and field work.

Very refined knife
Large but not huge and heavy. Well built and comfortable in the hand. Well balanced and nimble. Blade shape good for almost any task. Only drawback is the edges are all chamfered, no flat surface for a ferro rod.Good sheath as well

Great knife but
Very nice high quality knife. Perfect size for what I wanted but the sheath. Typical kydex that's fine really wanted this knife for the adjustment on the belt loop in the seller photos looks like it can be rotated to be held at a tilt like 45 degrees yet the clip that came in the typical cheap adjustable yet not able to be mounted at a 45. My only complaint. the knife is incredible and worth the cost.

Fantastic fixed blade
The handle fits in my hand perfectly and the blade is incredibly attractive. The sheath is very nice, good retention with a thumb ramp for extraction. I’m not a huge fan of the belt attachment provided but I plan I making my own belt hanger. The blade was super sharp right out of the box and it is thick enough to handle some serious work and it is well balanced. This was a wonderful surprise of a knife.

Looks Nice, Heavy, solid, isn't sharp, doesn't sharpen well.
I'm not sure why other reviews gave this high marks maybe they were paid or given free stuff idk. I bought it based on reviews, the steel choice was excellent. The knife looked good. Could not cut paper out of the box! Razor sharp out of the box is what other reviewers say, cutting paper is generally acceptable sharpness. Maybe I got a bad knife idk, but for $60 that's not really acceptable. Did not sharpen well, when sharpened, tore paper is more like. Save your money and buy a $17 mora knife, they cut like butter. Not super happy with this purchase.
