This is great sample kit that provides prompt test response.Very easy to use and clear instructions, highly recommend for any those men over 50 years.

Cheap, easy and apparently reliable (Swiss) test with good instructions. I had to use the second lancet because I wasn't quite sure what the rotate and pull bit meant but actually just meant exactly what it said and with diagrams to match.If you follow the detailed instructions TO THE LETTER can't see how you could go wrong, and you get a result in 5 minutes.I'll be back for another one next year...

The finger pricker worked well - there were two in case you messed up the first time (need to hold it quite firmly against the finger to get adequate penetration of the skin). However the pipette to transfer the blood to the test cassette was totally useless, could not get it to suck up the blood even though it was dripping off the end of my finger ! so I ended up trying to get the drops of blood to drop in to the test hole. Poorly designed, and I could not recommend this kit unless they sort out this problem. Have not tried any of the other test kits available - do they all suffer this problem?

With good, clear instructions, this kit is easy to use and provides a very clear and fast result.With advanced years, this test becomes pretty important, in my case seeing if a minor infection had caused a PSA jump from 1.2 to 6.7.So, after a course of antibiotics, I took this test and it gave a negative result, that is, less than 4.Immensely reassuring as you can imagine, so I have a GP blood test in a month for an accurate and final value.I would recommend any man over 50 to start testing and don't ignore what your body is telling you.It's not unmanly to go to the doctor if you are concerned about anything!

Followed the instructions, which seemed easy enough, but the Lancets either were broken or I was doing something wrong. I've used Lancets so many times in the past, but these were very strange, Anyway I had to use the end of a badge to help draw the blood. Did what it needed to do, but next time I think ill purchase another product or get a lancet from elsewhere but still use this test

This really was a no-brainer. The alternative to home testing is for me to take a morning off work without pay, wait an hour to get through to the surgery, perhaps get a telephone appointment, go to the surgery to pick up the blood test forms, take another morning off work to attend a blood clinic, then wait five working days for the result - which I'm sure would have been the same as the one I received in five minutes. I followed the instructions and everything worked exactly as it should. No PSA test is 100% reliable so it's impossible to comment as to the test's accuracy but it provides a certain reassurance and I intend repeating the test on an annual basis.
