Love this book, such a simple guide to the terms used to describe the complexities of the English language, perfect for helping my primary age children with English.

This book has been like a gold mine to me. I had been looking for a book that helps me explain prepositions to my kids, as online definitions were not clear to me. Not only did it give a very clear definition and examples, I then found tremendously helpful and clear explanations all aspects of grammar (that I thought I had a good understanding of but discovered I was not quite as cognizant as I imagined). This books is worth five times the price I paid for it! Thanks very much to the authors who evidently put a lot of effort into making so clear and useful.

I gave it 4 stars as pictures made me think my 7yr would love it but this covers KS1 and then goes away beyond (im sure you could use this as a reference book untill GCSE!) I was hoping for more of an entry level book. All in all, very well laid out, clear explanations, bite sized examples and not boring! Solid book but it lost a star because it didn't serve the purpose as an Introduction. I haven't finished the book yet, but will edit my grammar and punctuation upon completion

I was a bit confused when I looked at the cover and it was completely different to the picture... however its still Usborne Junior Illustrated Grammar and Punctuation... I jusy hope its not an old version and it has the same content as the one in the image!

Every child and parent should have this book. It's been a while since I've been in school so this is a great helpful wee book
