Great meal replacement
This is a great standby when you are off your food or when you don't have time to prepare a nutritious meal as it is full of vitamins and minerals and much better than eating junk. I love the flavour and prefer it to the artificially flavoured varieties and its gluten free too. So a win win for me.A bit disappointing when you open the pack and see that its not full but i guess the powder just settles after packaging so you're not getting as much as you anticipated. Will continue to buy though.

I’ve been taking Complan for a long time as I find it good for when I’m rushing about and skipping breakfast.

Easy mix, easy to drink
I’ve used Complan from time to time whenever I feel I’m not getting the best from the foods/meals I eat. Pleasant enough, non-offensive taste ensuring, my daily intake of vits and minerals is sufficient for my needs.

Pleasant to take.
Have only used this for a week,however, I had to exist on Complan when I broke mh jaw in the early 1960's and disliked the taste. Either my tastes have changed the product taste has because it is quite pleasant. Will continue to use to maintain weight.
