A good and timely buy
I bought this about a month before the lockdown, which was a result, as now that we are working from home, it is constantly in use, and has worked brilliantly. Sound quality is really good, and is a breeze to use.Trying to work with on skype using headphones or the speaker/mic in my laptop before has nearly always resulted in someone on the call making a comment about the sound quality from my end. Since using this Not one single comment has been made.Also love that it comes with both a USB and a normal headphone plug. Means I can plug into my mobile and use as a speaker phone if i am going to be on a long call, as using mobile speaker phone is not always great.And....I can use it as just a good old speaker to play music when connected to my phone too.Would certainly recommend.

Good conferencing tool and portable.
Solely using this as conferencing hub to mobile phone. Works extremely well. Good quality audio at my end, and feedback from this on calls is again good ( no need to lean over device and raise voice which can be a behaviour when using conferencing phones - whether needed or not). Microphone is very sensitive..moving papers at my end can come across as a storm coming in at the other!Battery life is impressive, as is speed of recharge. Plugging in audio jack into phone switches on the device, so don't leave plugged into phone for extended periods.Very compact. Great for travelling.Not yet tried with ms lync on laptop

Great quality not 100% functional
Great quality but doesn't work as a PC speaker which could have been clearer in the description. Can't take incoming calls from Skype despite this being the Skype authorised version of the speaker. We need 'Business Skype' for it to work....

People unable to hear me speak
Not sure why the reviews are so high. Bought this speaker a couple of days ago as a present for my boyfriend. Decided to try it out before giving it to him. Called a number of people in different locations and on different devices. The sound that comes out isn't too bad. Not better than speaking on a loudspeaker from my phone though. But everybody I phoned using this speaker said that they could hardly hear me. The sound was muffled and they kept asking me to repeat what I just said. Will be returning this item and looking for something else. Starting to think that initial reviews I read about this device were not real. Or I received a faulty device.

Great speaker and very easy to use
After a quick read of the instructions when I received my speaker I was able to use it within seconds of needing it when a different brand of speaker stopped working in the middle of a meeting. The Sennheiser sound quality if perfectly good for a meeting, and the unit is both lighter and smaller that I was expecting. The cables can be stored quickly and easily and the padded cover is working well to protect it in my backpack. I have had it 4 working days and it's already proven to be a great buy.

The device was delivered the next day. The quality of the product is superb. It is lightweight and fits perfectly into the neoprene pouch it comes with. It came charged and was in use within 5 minutes of the package arriving at the office. On the strength of that first meeting two other people placed an order for the same unit.Having a 3.5mm jack for use with a phone as well as the USB connection makes this a brilliantly versitile piece of kit.

Excellent, calm and natural meeting experience.
Better from both perspectives. On zoom call my guests said I sounded much more natural.They sounded much better from my perspective too.The whole experience of the zoom meetings was much more pleasant all round.I am going to buy more for my team to use with their clients.

Looks good but fails to deliver
I bought this as it looked like a quality product however my number one complaint about it is the stiff mute button. You want to be able to easily tap the mute on and off when on calls however you have to press it quite hard and deliberately to do this. It may sound like a small issue pressing hard but it was noticeably annoying. It also only temperamentally connected so although the lights on the device showed red for muting it didn't actually mute it on my computer (using MS Teams), which can be dangerous if you think you are on mute! I ended up returning it and getting a Jabra 410 instead (which I have had no problems with) as the buttons are touch sensitive and easy to activated. It is also cheaper.
