I like taking probiotics to help with my body. This was affordable and I will definitely recommend this product.. I take this every day, I prefer this brand because I also like capsules. I would highly recomend it. I take one of these before breakfast and one before bed and I've already noticed an effect on my digestive health and skin already.

Nausea after eating vitamin
Received the package as intended, this feedback if for the product itself.Every time I eat it, I feel nausea for next 30 mins. I have tried it with atleast 20 tabs now just to be sure. I am a vegetarian and the only other time I had felt such nausea was when I was given Fish oil capsules many many years ago. I couldn't eat them and gave up, same as this vitamin.I am not sure if its heavy metal(as written on some other feedback) or some components of fish oil, I would avoid this product as a vegetarian. I have tried other brands with vegetarian ingredients and never had any issue.

This Products are always of good quality and the ingredients and size are wonderful, this supplement is a life changer. The packaging was good , has great benefits and the composition are very good for digestion and microbiome, great absorption, good for your gut and also ease constipation
