love love this set!! ive ordered them for myself and gifts the only reason not a 5 is i dont know what each knife is for that would be a great addition and i would give this a 5 if included was hat each knife is good for and instructions how to sharpen as i typically use 3 from this set because of lack of knowledge and those 3 get dull easier and not sure how to sharpen owners manual and description please

Beautiful & very, very SHARP! I simply moved the knife/ block over to wipe surrounding countertop and felt a slight tingle,like a few tricks of a needle, very subtle. It took me a few minutes and drops of blood to realize I had cut myself thru that light contact.
