I've used magnesium before, when combined with valerian root and passionflower, but I think using it in such a larger strength has really helped my body feel better. I started taking this during perimenopause when my mood, energy, and body aches were all over the place. After a couple of weeks of consistent use, I noticed that my body was no longer as stiff or full of tension throughout the day. This has helped me feel less reactive and less drained. The capsules are easy to take, and I haven't had any side effects. It's not some overnight fix, but it's helped me feel a little more like myself again. I'm glad I gave it a try.

What can I say besides this is amazing. I don't usually have trouble sleeping but I wanted to balance out cortisol levels and I was reading about taking this before bed.... I have an apple watch that tracks sleep... since taking this, I am only awake for about 5-10 minutes in an 8 hour period now. I don't wake up at all in the middle of the night. Not for water, not to use the bathroom. It's WILD! Plus, it happened instantly. I only take one capsule 1-2 hours before bed. That's it.I will say though... I do dream and remember them. Some of them have been wild. My Fiancé also said he has some crazy vivid dreams now lol. So, take that into consideration.

Ok, first I do not generally give reviews of products. I do read them, but rarely give my opinion. This one however, deserves a review. I have been having lower leg and toe cramps for some time. I tried drinking more water, taking more potassium supplements (I hate bananas) with no relief. After some google searches said to try magnesium glycinate, I decided to give it a try. This brand - Pure - seemed to match what I was looking for and had good reviews. WOW! It worked the first night. I've been taking about 10 days now and no more cramps. If you are having nocturnal leg cramps, I completely recommend this product. It's been a game changer for me!

Product is good and I recommend it to the others.The only issue was the delivery:Amazon used USPS service for delivery. USPS deliverers all my regular mail and packages almost every day. This time they couldn’t deliver the package for no reason. I spent 2 hours to go to the local office and pick up my package !

This magnesium has been a total hit for my family! I have been using magnesium for a while, mainly for muscle cramps and relaxation purposes, but it does definitely make for a softer stool (sorry being honest here) Personally I don’t have a problem with this, but my husband does and I had him take one capsule and the next day he was overjoyed with his bathroom experience! Now I have him hooked, he also enjoys the restful sleep that he gets from taking this. Then my daughter started taking it for her slight bouts of constipation and now she has a huge fan as well! She also takes it because she has great dreams and a very restful nights sleep. So basically we are all now taking it and love this product. I can highly recommend it. I’m very sensitive to vitamins and any kind of chemical in general and I have nothing but good things to say about.PURE magnesium. Also very convenient to just have a capsule which honestly isn’t too big, way easier to take than the powders that you have to mix with water. .

I switched to this (magnesium glycinate) from magnesium oxide. Glad I made the change! Works great for my muscle cramps, and doesn’t upset my stomach like the mag ox did! Plus, this is much more easily absorbed by the body.

Magnesium so important and most people lack. This is the type of MG one should take to avoid "digestive issues".Glycinate. This is a good product and I repeat order it.
