I ordered these foldable neckband headphones for myself and was struck by how lightweight they feel around my neck, disappearing into the background as soon as I start listening. Charging via the USB-C port took under two hours and gave me a full day of use, so I never have to worry about running out of juice mid-call or workout.The flexible band sits comfortably without digging into my collar, and the sweat-resistant finish has held up through several runs without any slippage. All the controls are right at my fingertips; volume, track skip and call handling—so I never miss a beat or a call notification. Excellent product delivered yesterday.I've been buying a similar pair from Big Lots department store for years.I usually got a year out of them and bought another.I found these on Amazon and right off the bat I was very happy.The kidney bean carry case, the extra ear pads (always use the smallest), the USB C charger fitting, retractable speaker wires, and warranty. (I still haven't figured that out)...Charged overnight and I didn't know there was an on/off switch (used to the phone button on previous)...Connected to the phone and hopefully I get a year or more from these too...I bought two of them because I liked the previous ones so much...I wear them about 12 hours per day...Most importantly, the Sound is very nice too.(After four months)..Still working great. Battery still holds out a 12 hour day.Couldn't be happier.

Great battery life and works fine. I use this for hands free calls mostly and it works just as good as my other name brand neckband. The buds retracting into the band is really nice but I’m sure that’s what will end up making it stop working. ALL of these neckbands end up losing connection to the buds so it’s only a question of how long it will take. So far I’m very happy with this neckband and when it messes up I will buy another if it’s still available!

So I bought these after loving 2 different LG Tone headsets. I wanted to save a bit of cash and see if I could get the same features. Overall I am pretty pleased after a few months of usage.BATTERY~ Keep in mind I use my bluetooth headset pretty much all work day, and a bit in the evening as well, so battery life was a big concern. This set was not QUITE as good as my LGs of the past, but very close. I got about 10 hrs from the LGs and I usually get about 8 from these.QUALITY~ About the same, honestly, these sound great and have even better bass, possibly.CALLS~ Slight issue here, sometimes have to switch to regular phone because voice calls break and get choppy on both ends, but this is only an occasional issue, if still noticeable. It was not call quality in general, as switching instantly fixes the quality. I do not get choppiness on the new set when playing audiobooks, music, podcasts, etc.CONTROLS~ Slight issue here, too, as the PAUSE button sometimes has to be pressed several times before it registers. Also, the distinction between adjusting volume via headset vs skipping a track can be tricky.OVERALL~ Glad I got these as the issues mentioned are not huge for me. Overall my LGs were the better product, but at the time I got these they were also about $25 USD more. If you have the cheddar, get the better set (LG or otherwise) but this is a solid alternative, especially if they are for occasional use.

This was given to me for my Mother’s Day and I am in love with it. The quality is amazing, the battery life is superb and it Bluetooth connectivity is on point. Most times I am searching for it and it’s around my neck lol, it is comfortable and it functions well. This is a great product to have

The quietest setting is still loud. As in, loud enough for other people to hear it if they're listening.It's unreliable and randomly decides it's just going to stop sending audio. I'll switch from spotify to youtube or vice versa and audio just cuts out. Same on calls.Most recent example (less than 4 minutes ago):I was JUST on a call with my girlfriend, put her on hold to talk to my sister, had to completely disconnect and turn off my headset to hear my sis, and then back to my gf. About a mimute back into talking to my gf there WAS NO SOUND! Putting my phone to speaker worked, but nothing with the headset worked. Finally had to just disconnect and shut off the headset.

This is an updated review.Nice sound for the first few week, but even after careful use, the hinges disintegrated and the device fell apart. Poor quality.It has a one year warranty, so I reached out to the company. After not hearing anything from them for 10 days, I left a less-than-favorable review.A few days later, they emailed me to inform me they were shipping a brand new set.I received in within the time frame they indicated. I hope this new pair holds up better.

Hands down my favorite headphones. I love that they are compact and come with their own case. I love the retractable ear buds. It connects easily to my phone and computer and the battery life is amazingly long.
