I’ve been taking this for about 3 weeks now and I love it.I was trying to recover from that virus that’s going around. My anxiety was through the roof, with obsessive thoughts about what if my chest pain and tightness were never going away (I was on week 8 of that bs) and I was not feeling well. I was also obsessively reading horrible scary news articles that were making my anxiety and the chest tightness worse.I read about NAC being good for ocd type of behaviors including thoughts and as an added bonus people were saying it was good for lungs.No lie, within an hour I felt my brain calming down, and felt motivated and started doing tasks I had been putting off. I often get side effects from things I try taking, but with this I got mild nausea and a headache on the afternoon that went away after I ate something. The next day i had no side effects and I figured out it is better for me to take it on an empty stomach. If i take with food it bothers me.On the lung front, I can’t say for sure it was the NAC but over the next few days I started finally coughing a lot and my lungs started clearing out and the next week I stopped using my inhaler (that I had never needed before being sick).I checked with my dr and he was fully in board with me taking this and said it was a great safe option for the anxiety.I’m going to keep taking this one. I usually take twice a day and sometimes just once. So glad I randomly found out about this!

This is by far my favorite NAC brand! I have recently started switching all of my vitamins to this brand! They are easy to take and don't have a bad after taste or cause indigestion. They are clean also are gluten free! These vitamins are the highest quality I can I ask for to make me feel good without side effects!

Originally I had opened the bottled and was hit with a pungent sulfur smell. I initially assumed they were defective. I contacted thorne and to my surprise they informed me this was normal and it is safe to ingest. So I've been using for a little over a week. I can say I definitely felt an increase in smooth/level energy throughout the day. I typically crash around 1 or 2pm. Havent felt that crash when I take one in the am and another around noon.
